We're looking forward to welcoming you back to one of our fun-filled, family locations real soon. We want you and our staff to play safely, therefore we're making some small changes to how we operate at Namco Funscape.

As well as carefully following UK Government guidelines, we are putting some extra measures and customer guidance in place so you can Have Fun and Play Safe - these are shown below.

Customer Safety Information
If you had made a booking predating the above, please contact us and you will be offered alternative booking dates. However, please be aware that the alternative booking may only be used if the UK government self-isolation requirements have been successfully met.
Please ensure that you and all members of your group (including children) abide by the latest government guidelines on social distancing at all times. Visitors arriving together as a group must remain together both in the venue and when leaving. Group sizes are restricted to six people.
Where possible we will operate a one-way entry and exit system, with entrance and exit routes clearly marked along with additional guidance signage throughout our venues.
Screens have been installed within the bowl seating areas & above ball returns to enable the operation of all lanes. Bowling balls, ramps, lane seating and scoring screens will be sanitised on a regular basis. All customers should ensure they sanitise their hands before & after bowling each ball.
Customers in hospitality venues must wear face coverings, except when seated at a table to eat or drink (government exemptions apply).
Bowling shoes will NOT be provided and everyone must wear their own shoes. Please remember that high heels, heeled boots, flip flops and open-toe shoes, wedge heels and work boots are not suitable for bowling. Please bring along appropriate, comfortable, safe footwear to maximise your enjoyment.
Selected games in our amusement areas will be turned off to support social distancing, and bar and diner seating has been positioned to create the required space between customer groups.
We require all of our customers to sanitise their hands upon entry. We also have hand sanitiser available throughout the centre to be used.
Please note that local lockdown rules apply at all times.
Extra safety resources for our customers
Enhanced cleaning procedures
Amusement machines, pool equipment, counters, tables, chairs, door handles and other high touch surfaces are also cleaned regularly.
We also clean our centres each night after closing to ensure all of our surfaces are fully sanitised ready for the next day.
Team member health
We have briefings for our teams at the start of each day with clear instructions about how to maintain the highest cleaning and hygiene standards in our centres, including emphasising frequent and proper handwashing routines for both our teams and customers.
All team members will receive a temperature check before their shift and we will continue to be very cautious in terms of any team member showing signs of illness, requiring them to follow the isolation and health guidance given by the government.
Our team members will wear face coverings and gloves where appropriate while working, and we have introduced screens in high contact areas like reception and the bar till points.
